Keeper

Alphonse Areola (West Ham): His team were close to being trailing by six at Bournemouth if it wasn't for him. Key display, delivered and showed top ability. Superb shot-stopping to earn them a 2-2 draw. A loss might have ruined their campaign.

Defensive unit

Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's a contender for top performer. Fans mention Arsenal's squad. He is the standout player without doubt.

Murillo (Nottingham Forest): One would need to be a wild optimist to say 'Murillo nets and we overcome Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You could have gotten long shots on that. He was excellent. He is turning into a force. He can really be a tough opponent. Delighted to observe his form similar to before.

Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I observed him a few times last year in Italy for AC Milan and he struggled from his faults. However with the Magpies he's been a monster. He's been immense power and powerful and seems polished. It looks like he's found a ideal club.

Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not usually a full-back, more of a attacking-minded going forward. He has proven to be a great purchase for Brighton. Few are astonished at them finding another gem from obscurity? I thought after selling Pervis Estupinan that was strange but the Seagulls understand what they're doing.

Engine room

Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Alike in style and they're in for the same reason. Their teams won, all discuss the scorers, but absent these individuals the sides struggle. They perform brilliantly. They disrupt opposition, they attack together.

Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The current star. Numerous supporters, including my son, were questioning whether he was the man to secure victory. Three goals in the key match and currently fans desire to make a statue of him. Finishing, poise, he ran the show. The standout individual on the pitch.

Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Possibly the only point of agreement with Thomas Tuchel on - he is at a point now where it will prove quite challenging to leave him out. My view was he began well the term, I think he was a little bit entitled and hoped he might join to Chelsea, and probably wanted that, but he has settled down. A brilliant brace obviously against Leeds helped his club when trailing. He made the impact.

Forwards

Callum Wilson (West Ham): I noted he seemed lacking his typical form. It seemed he was slower. Yet amazing. Simply phenomenal. He was excellent. Outstanding in his movement and in his dual goals.

Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A really interesting player. He excels, typically sharper when introduced, but Anthony Gordon has an injury so he has to play. He failed to convert a great opportunity against Manchester City at 0-0 with his simplest attempt. Yet possessing the psychological strength to put himself in difficult situations and get a brace was remarkable.

Boss

Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He comes in and surpasses Arne Slot. A wonderful gameplan. Possibly it was several more for Forest and few would dispute.
