1.1. Minimum of 2 hours per cleaning visit applies.

1.2. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD provides regular domestic and commercial cleaning services.

1.3. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD reserves the right to suspend cleaning services if pre-agreed payments are missing.

1.4. If any estimates of how long it will take to do the job required are being provided, that is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a home of similar size to the Clients. It is difficult to estimate precisely how long such tasks may take and that a degree of flexibility may be required.

1.5. Client agrees to a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work unless other arrangements have been made with Eco Steam Cleaning LTD.

1.6. All cleaning equipment will be safe and in full working order.

1.7. Client understands that the price they have been quoted does not include anything apart from cleaning inside the premises.

1.8. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD will not be responsible for triggering any alarm systems. The customer should give any special instructions for the deactivation/activation of any premises alarm systems.

1.9. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD reserves the right not to continue with the job if, on inspection, it is found that the material to be cleaned or treated is not suitable for cleaning or treatment. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD also will not continue with the job if for example water or power is not available or if there is interference in the work from the Client or any other person. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD reserves the right to refuse any task we deem to be unsafe, including, but not limited to, working at heights in excess of 1.5m above the floor.


2.1. Payments for services are to be paid within 7 working days of the invoice date.

2.2. Payment can be made in cash on completion of the service. Payment can be made by bank transfer.

2.3. Client understands that any ‘late payments’ may be subject to additional charges.

2.4. If payment is not made after 30 days of invoice, then the account will be closed, and no further services will be administered to these client’s/properties. Recovery action will then be undertaken, and the account will be passed to a collections agency to recover all costs owed. You agree as part of this contract to pay this sum which represents our reasonable costs in collecting the unpaid amounts.

2.5. All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling.


3.1. Client accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle the customer to no refunds or recovery cleanings.

3.2. If a client is not completely satisfied with the cleaning services, Eco Steam Cleaning LTD will re-clean any areas and item/s at the earliest convenience.

3.3. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD may take up to 24 hours to respond to a complaint.

3.4. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD will not accept a complaint on the standard of cleaning, filed more than 24-hour after the cleaning session.

3.5. Complaints are accepted in writing (letter, email). Complaints must be reported on completion or in the following 24-hours.

3.6. All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.

3.7. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost by Eco Steam Cleaning LTD. There is a £30 per household liability limit.

3.8. Client should appreciate that carpets often will not have a consistent appearance after cleaning by reason of differences in wear and tear. Sunlight will sometimes cause fading in areas of the carpet and cleaning cannot rectify this. Stains are not always visible before dirt is removed and it may not be possible to remove those stains completely. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD will ensure best efforts in providing a good result but Clients are asked to be aware of these limitations which are common to all cleaning operations.

3.9. In case of damage Eco Steam Cleaning LTD will try to repair the item/s if it agrees that it caused the damage. If the item/s cannot be repaired, Eco Steam Cleaning LTD will rectify the problem through its insurance company by crediting the Client with the item/s if it is proven to be by Eco Steam Cleaning LTD.

3.10. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD reserves the right not to be responsible for: delay for a cleaning visit due to traffic congestion, postponed service due to broken equipment, job not complete due to lack of hot water or power, a third party entering or present at Client’s premises obstructing the cleaning process, accidental damages worth up to £50 or less.


4.1. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD has public liability insurance. The policy will cover any accidental damages caused by Eco Steam Cleaning LTD reported within 24 hours of the service date.

4.2. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD is not responsible for the safekeeping of any parcels delivered during the allocated time. Should any parcels be delivered during this time, it is at the risk of the owners of the property and not of Eco Steam Cleaning LTD.

4.3. Insurance cover does not include anything that may break down or stop working at any time such as dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cookers, extractor fans, fridge, freezer, etc, any other items, instability of which the Client is already aware of such as bathroom appliances or any fixtures. The Client is obliged to warn Eco Steam Cleaning LTD about appliances that are poorly fixed or not in full working order.

4.4. The Client will ensure all animals within the premises due to be cleaned are fully secured beforehand. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD will not accept any responsibility for any animal that is not correctly secured, resulting in the animal escaping. It is not the role of Eco Steam Cleaning LTD to ensure animals stay within the premises at any point of the clean.

4.5. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD reserves the right to refuse to share any of the confidential company’s documents


5.1. Client understands that they are not entitled to any refunds.

5.2. If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning service provided and a complaint has been placed in the stated 24 hours after the job has been completed, Eco Steam Cleaning LTD reserves the right to return and re-clean any areas and items to the Client’s satisfaction at the earliest convenience for Eco Steam Cleaning LTD. Therefore, the Client must allow the cleaner to be returned and they should be present at all times during the re-clean visit.

5.3. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD reserves the right to return not more than once.


6.1. Client may cancel the scheduled cleaning job up to 48 hours prior to the agreed start time but will still pay 100% of the required fee.

6.2. Client agrees to pay 100% of the quote as a cancellation fee if they cancel or changes the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

6.3. Clients agrees to pay 100% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at Client’s premises or problem with clients’ keys. If keys are provided, they must open the lock without any special effort or skills.


7.1. Client agrees to give Eco Steam Cleaning LTD 14 working days’ notice, should they wish to terminate the employment of Eco Steam Cleaning LTD. The Client agrees to pay 100% of all future cleans within the 14 working day quote should a client fail to notify Eco Steam Cleaning LTD.

7.2. Client agrees to the immediate cancellation of the cleaning services should any inappropriate behaviour/s occur, in which Eco Steam Cleaning LTD no longer feels comfortable/safe working within this environment. No written documentation/Evidence will need to be provided by Eco Steam Cleaning LTD to the client.

7.3. The client will agree to cease all contact across all social media platforms and all types of information exchanges and not refer to/mention any services provided by Eco Steam Cleaning LTD in a derogatory manner across any social media platform or public information exchange.

7.4. Failure to comply with 7.3 will give Eco Steam Cleaning LTD the right to disseminate all types of behaviour/actions to all relevant organisations/authorities/information exchange platforms should Eco Steam Cleaning LTD believe in good faith, the dissemination would/could stop such behaviour/actions from happening in the present and future.




8. 1. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD has the lawful right to be notified immediately of any individual within a premise due to be cleaned, is suffering /isolating from /suspected of a contagious disease. 

8. 2. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD has the right to not attend a premise should the occupants be suffering / isolating from / suspected of a contagious disease.

8. 3. Failure to notify Eco Steam Cleaning LTD of the above could result in the immediate cancellation of all future working relationships.

8. 4. Failure to adhere to all National regulations in relation to infectious diseases will result in the work immediately stopping with full payment paid to Eco Steam Cleaning LTD.






9.1. Client accepts the Terms and Conditions for Eco Steam Cleaning LTD cleaning service by signing this document allowing Eco Steam Cleaning LTD to commence cleaning at their allocated premises, this includes/ but not limited to, the assessment of the property after the first home visit and hereby after, the first clean of the client’s stated property.

9.2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.

9.3. Eco Steam Cleaning LTD reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice, but will make the Terms and Conditions available to the client upon request only when it is convenient for Eco Steam Cleaning LTD.
